As your host and owner of the amazing condo, I am excited to share it with other guests while I am away traveling for work. This end unit condo is 1 level, with the exception of 2 steps down into condo. Even better, it's an outside unit, so no need to go into the building or wait for the elevator. Constructed in 1874 to house the Chipman Chair Company and later housed a company manufacturing machine parts for ships, the condo boasts high ceilings with original wood beams, creating a unique contrast to the gray walls and large windows that fill the space with beaming afternoon sunlight. The trendy harborside neighborhood of Canton centers on quaint O’Donnell Square Park and its ring of lively sports bars, gastropubs, pastry shops and seafood restaurants. Crab shacks, oyster bars and New American eateries line the busy waterside promenade, which runs toward Canton Waterfront Park and the solemn Korean War Memorial.
