Hi, I’m Suzanne Cox, the owner of Ocean to Bay Rentals since 2021 and a proud vacation rental host with over a decade of experience. I’ve been managing short-term rentals since 2012, helping guests enjoy memorable stays while supporting property owners in maximizing their investment potential.

Originally from Baltimore, I now call St. Pete, Florida home, where I live with my husband and our two lovable rescue dogs, Jude and Sadie.

In addition to managing short-term rentals, I also assist clients with renovation planning and interior design — blending style and functionality to elevate every space.
